Encounters with Further and Higher Education

Our careers programme is designed to ensure that all students understand the full range of learning opportunities that are available to them. This includes both academic and vocational routes and learning in schools, colleges, universities and in the workplace.

Thursday 22nd January 2026 at Rochdale Town Hall

Year 9 had an engaging day at the “Creativity in Careers” event. They had the opportunity to visit a range of stalls and speak to local professionals who work in creative fields. They were extremely mature and asked a range of informative questions to get a broader understanding of careers available to them.
